Bell Engineering Group Pty Ltd is
staffed by a core of technical and administration
professionals, enhanced with additional staff on an as needed project
dictated basis.
We have a flat organisation
structure where every person is empowered with authority and
responsibility, and allowed to apply concerted attention and
skills to our Client's project. Our people are
not compromised by any expectation or requirement to attend to
multiple complex projects. Industry experience in previous
career positions has shown us that this practice fails as it
stretches resources too thinly, and does not support and respect
the staff and their capacity to perform effectively for their
project and client. This is yet another reason that makes
us different from other companies and advantageous for Client's
to trust us with their projects.
Our people are mutli-disciplinary
in their experience and skills and all works across most areas
and projects that we undertake for our clients.
Every project undertaken by
Bell Engineering Group has a Director of the business as the
Project Director who also undertakes the hands-on technical and
administration aspects of the project. This ensures that
our Director is intimately familiar with the project
circumstances, our solutions, project program, and is also
responsible for the project administration and client team
liaison and coordination. Seamless integration from
project brief, through design schematic, preliminary design,
detailed design, design implementation, and commissioning
results from this unique high level involvement throughout the
project.
