·         Shoreline Apartments, Marine Parade, Biggera Waters - six storey residential units with submersed basement over full plan flood storage tank.  Building Structure Engineering.  Complete.

·         Officeworks Morayfield including refurbishments to adjacent SuperCheap Auto tenancy, Building Structure and Civil Engineering, and Building Energy Engineering.  Complete.

·         Residential Development, Coolum Beach -  96 units over three levels, and central podium over car parking at grade.  Building Structure Engineering and Building Energy Engineering.  Complete.

·         Road Bridges, QLD.  Several Steel Modular Bridge Systems projects including an 18m, 36m, and 24m clear span road bridges for SM1600 loading, and a 20m single span pedestrian/bicycle bridge.

·         The Edge – two buildings on common podium over submerged basement.  Excellent sustainability design features.  Green Star Accredited Professional Consultant.  GBCA certified project as Green Star 4 Star - Office Design v2.

·         51 Alfred Street – 7 storey commercial development.  Building Structure and Civil Engineering, Green Star Accredited Professional Consultant.  Complete.

·         The Edge - Tenancy.  Green Star Accredited Consultant for a tenancy project under assessment by GBCA, within a base building which achieved a Green Star Office Design V2 certification with our involvement.

·         NSBT Reverse Osmosis Water Main – Structural review and support system design for elevated exposed water main on existing elevated roadway structures.  Complete.

·         Product Development for Shady Characters Pty Ltd steel structure building systems internationally.  Ongoing.

·         Mountview Tower, Brisbane – 11 storey residential tower with 2 storey basement car parking.  Building Structure and Civil Engineering, Building Energy Engineering.  Complete.

·         Ipswich Central – mixed use towers over common podium and three level car park.  Building Structure and Civil Engineering, Building Energy Engineering, Green Star Accredited Professional Consultant.  In Planning.
